Oracle Supply Chain Expert

Expert Technical Support Specialists are sought after to provide top-notch assistance to clients experiencing issues with Oracle EBS R12.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing domains, as well as hands-on experience with SQL / PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

They will be proficient in managing inbound / outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes, and possess the ability to troubleshoot production issues across various Oracle EBS layers.

Strong understanding of sales & distribution modules, including Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Trading Community Architecture (TCA) is required.

Relevant module experience must be included in the resume.

Independently managed issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

Must-have skills include proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 tech support, especially across multiple modules in supply chain and manufacturing domains.
