ALTROCK - Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy : Define the long-term vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for a core product line, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and evolving market trends.
• Execution : Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition (PRDs / user stories) to launch, optimization, and iteration in an Agile environment.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business Development teams to deliver best-in-class, compliant solutions.
• Market Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and A / B testing to identify new growth opportunities and feature enhancements.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior product analysts / associates on best practices and domain MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School is mandatory.
• Proven experience (5-8 years) with a strong track record, specifically in the Fintech, e-commerce, or payments industry.
• Deep understanding of digital payment rails, lending lifecycle, and regulatory compliance (e. , RBI guidelines in India).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
