About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Google Advertising MCC Administrator to manage and oversee multiple Google Ads accounts under a Manager (MCC) structure. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of Google Ads account architecture, access management, policy compliance, and operational support.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and scalability of our Google Ads ecosystem—supporting performance marketers, agencies, and clients by maintaining clean account structures and reliable access control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads MCC Management

Create, manage, and maintain Google Ads Manager (MCC) accounts.

Link, unlink, and organize multiple Google Ads accounts under MCC structures.

Ensure proper account hierarchy and naming conventions for scalability.

Monitor account health and structure to support performance teams.

2. Access Control & Security

Manage user access, roles, and permissions across MCC and individual ad accounts.

Ensure correct admin, standard, and read-only access levels.

Enforce account security best practices and compliance with Google policies.

Assist with account ownership transfers and recovery processes.

3. Account Setup & Operational Support

Create new Google Ads accounts as needed for new brands or clients.

Support campaign-ready setups including :

Billing profiles

Time zones

Currency settings

Coordinate with Paid Media teams to ensure accounts are properly configured before launch.

4. Policy Compliance & Risk Management

Monitor accounts for policy violations, suspensions, or warnings.

Assist in preparing and submitting appeals for policy issues.

Ensure all accounts follow Google Ads policies and best practices.

Reduce risk of account bans through proactive compliance checks.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain clear documentation of MCC structures, account ownership, and access history.

Track account changes, audits, and administrative actions.

Support internal reporting and operational transparency.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager (MCC).

Strong understanding of Google Ads account structures and permissions.

Familiarity with Google Ads policies and compliance standards.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience supporting agencies or managing multiple client accounts.

Basic understanding of Paid Search / Performance Marketing workflows.

Experience with account recovery or suspension appeals.

Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and account ownership processes.
