Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of customer documentation, guides, and training material.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, adoption patterns, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to relay customer insights and suggest improvements.
- Participate in customer review calls and prepare meeting summaries / reports.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving retention, upselling opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
