Job Title : Senior Technical Lead .NET & Azure Implementation

Location : Mumbai / Pune

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with 8- 12 years of expertise in .NET development and Azure cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, design scalable architectures, and ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in .NET, Azure, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Azure cloud services.
Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs with secure integrations.
Drive adoption of Azure DevOps practices including CI / CD, Git workflows, and automated deployments.
Ensure optimal data modelling, database performance, and integration with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and maintainability.
Enforce security best practices including authentication, authorization, Azure AD, and RBAC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile / Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8- 12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI / CD pipelines.

Strong database skills with SQL Server and Azure SQL; expertise in database optimization and data modelling.

Knowledge of security protocols, identity management, and role-based access control.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
