1. Training Manager – RCM (10+ Years Experience)
The Role :
We are hiring an experienced RCM Training Manager to lead and manage end-to-end training operations across multiple RCM verticals. You will be the architect of our RCM knowledge base, ensuring our teams are equipped for excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead the overall RCM training strategy across all functions (AR, Denials, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, etc.).
- Conduct TNA and design / deliver process-specific, client-specific, and compliance training modules.
- Lead & mentor a team of RCM Trainers;
manage induction, cross-training, and upskilling.
Track training performance—assessments, certification, and productivity readiness.Drive post-training performance improvement in collaboration with Operations & Quality.Ensure all training content complies with HIPAA / PHI requirements.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in RCM, including 5+ years in training leadership.Strong knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle, payer guidelines, and RCM workflows.Hands-on experience in multiple RCM domains (AR, Denials, CE, PP, Credentialing, Coding).Proficient in MS Office, LMS tools, and curriculum design.2. Soft Skills Trainer (5+ Years Experience)
The Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the interpersonal and professional capabilities of our workforce. You will be a catalyst for personal and professional growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training (Communication, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, etc.).Facilitate vibrant, interactive sessions in various formats—in-person workshops and virtual webinars.Partner with department heads to conduct needs assessments and align programs with business goals.Provide one-on-one coaching to employees and managers to reinforce learning.Develop high-quality training materials and measure program effectiveness using established models.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Proven 3+ years of experience as a Soft Skills or Corporate Trainer.Exceptional facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to captivate an audience.Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.Certification in methodologies like DiSC, MBTI, or Crucial Conversations is a significant plus.Why Join Us?
