Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth by generating qualified leads, reaching out to prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. This role blends sales, client acquisition, and digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities (national & international).
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, ads, and cold calling.
  • Daily outreach : 15–20 calls / emails to prospective clients / vendors.
  • Conduct client visits, tele-calling, lead generation & follow-ups.
  • Negotiate & close deals, manage invoices & proposals.
  • Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO activities (on-page, off-page, technical).
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Build and nurture strong client / vendor relationships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for pitches & campaigns.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports & market analysis.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience in an Advertising / Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Stable career history (max 2 companies in the last 3 years).
  • Proven ability to handle portfolios of ₹1 Cr+ annually.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital funnels.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills.
  • Languages : English, Gujarati, Hindi (mandatory).
  • Target-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred (Immediate / 15 Days joiners).
