Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network, of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Launching and managing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms - please do not apply if you are not well versed with all platforms
• Optimising ads based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion volume
• Managing budgets, pacing, and bid strategies.
• Managed budgets above 20L a month.
• Knows how D2C brand ads and B2B ads work. However, the primary focus is on D2C brand ads and scaling them.
• Supporting campaign testing across creative, audience, and placements
• Creating reports and dashboards to monitor performance
• Working with data and analytics teams to improve attribution models
• Collaborating with content, CRM, and design on cross-channel alignment
• Assisting with audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
• Tracking post-click behaviour and conversion paths
• Updating documentation and sharing learnings with wider teams
• This role blends campaign execution with analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
