Job Title : Tech Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled software professional to lead our full stack development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PHP, Laravel, and modern PHP frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.

About the Role

Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications :

5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel

Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify

Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks

Proficiency in :

PHP, Laravel, Java

ReactJS, Node.js

MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB

CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git)

Cloud platforms, especially AWS

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to handle multiple clients.

Flexibility to work in a small company.
