Key Account Manager – US IT Sales
About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) with proven experience in US IT Services Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship skills, a track record of closing positions end-to-end, and a consultative approach to driving business growth. This role involves managing customer satisfaction, handling SOW drafting and renewals, and ensuring consultant engagement for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Ownership :
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, client engagement, and requirement gathering to closing positions successfully.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key US clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- SOW Management :
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, and T&M (Time and Material) agreements in coordination with internal and client stakeholders.
- Consultant Engagement :
- Ensure regular engagement and alignment with consultants deployed at client locations to address concerns and maintain retention.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) :
- Track and manage customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels, timely escalations, and issue resolution.
- Market Intelligence :
- Stay updated on market trends in the US IT services industry to identify new business opportunities and expand client accounts.
Key Skills Required :
Proven experience in US IT Services Sales with focus on account management and client growth.Strong understanding of SOW drafting, renewals, and T&M models.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with US-based stakeholders.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts successfully.Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting mechanisms.Good problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client needs.
