Solution Engineer - Flutter (5-8 years) We are seeking Solution Engineers with deep expertise in Flutter and eCommerce / Marketplace platforms.

In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate scalable mobile solutions that enhance the vendor, customer, and seller experience within eCommerce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities - Architect scalable Flutter-based mobile applications for eCommerce and marketplace platforms.

• Design and implement features that support eCommerce workflows such as product catalog management, checkout, order tracking, and vendor / seller portals.
• Build and integrate APIs for payment gateways, inventory systems, shipping providers, and marketplace tools.
• Optimize mobile app performance to ensure smooth, scalable experiences in high-traffic environments.
• Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow between mobile applications and eCommerce backend systems.
• Mentor and guide junior Flutter developers, sharing best practices and enhancing development standards.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party services and tools that enhance mobile app functionality for eCommerce and marketplace platforms.
• Stay updated with Flutter advancements and assess their relevance in eCommerce application development.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : 5-7 years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years specifically in Flutter and eCommerce marketplace environments.

Preferred Skills - Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or custom-built marketplaces.

Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
