Site Supervisor

Role Description

This role involves travelling across cities.

This is a full-time onsite role for an On Site Supervisor at Munshi. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction and fitout projects. Daily responsibilities include managing site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely project completion. The On Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in Civil, Electrical, MEP, and HVAC systems

Strong project management and site supervision skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Construction Management or related degree is preferred

Previous experience in Retail, QSR, Commercial, or Financial sector projects is a plus
