Job descriptionCoordinate activities for Agile-Based IT delivery projects and support the day-to-day activities of the PMO staff. Work with the Product Owner and technology leads to manage project scope, budget, and timelines. Ensure that project goals and deliverables are met and manage stakeholder relationships. Report on project and program progress and milestones, manage scope, schedule, and budget through the project lifecycle. Identify and manage impediments and report on delivered value and key performance indicators.
Role : Project Manager / Scrum Master
Scrum Master Deliverables :
- Guide the squad on agile practices and methodologies, suggesting applicable learning.
- Help squads achieve their committed sprint deliverables and remain aware of guidance and tools to ensure best practices are leveraged in squad coaching.
- Work with squads or outside parties on removing roadblocks requiring escalation and help surface and problem-solve squad level impediments.
- Foster a squad culture of psychological safety, collaboration, transparency, self-organization, creativity, continuous improvement, and risk management.
- Facilitate all sprint and release events, support the Product Owner on release planning, and shield the squad from external interference to ensure the squad is fully functional and productive
- Act as a change agent and promote high-performing squad behaviour.
