Job Title : UI / UX Designer (with Coding : Delhi / : 3-8 : 10-25 LPA

We are seeking a highly skilled UI / UX Designer with front-end development expertise to join our team. This hybrid role blends creative design with hands-on coding to deliver seamless, engaging, and high-performing user interfaces. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and responsive web Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and wireframing to validate design concepts.
  • Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user flows and improve the overall user experience.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Continuously analyze and improve UI / UX based on user feedback and Skills & Qualifications :
  • 3-8 years of professional experience in UI / UX design with hands-on front-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to code high-quality interfaces.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern front-end best practices.
  • Strong eye for visual aesthetics, typography, and user-centric design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS / LESS) and design systems.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
