Job description

Boiler Operations : Understand the instrumentation, interlocks, safety systems, and start / stop sequences for boilers.

Control Valves : Possess knowledge of control valve design specifications, selection, and application.

PID Controllers : Familiarity with various types of PID controllers and their tuning methods.

HMI & SCADA : Knowledge of HMI design and SCADA screen design.

Networking : Able to handle network issues and understand different network structures.

Computer Skills : Knowledge of computers and recent advancements in technology.

Calibration : Expertise in the calibration of various measurement instruments and their procedures.

Pneumatics & Hydraulics : Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic instruments.

Software : Working experience with Omnex software for MSA.

Quality Systems : Knowledge of TS, ISO, EMS, and MSA systems.

Industrial Environment : Able to work in an industrial environment.

Maintenance : Knowledge of maintenance techniques, including routine maintenance of industrial automation systems.

Data Management : Proficient in regular data backup, testing, report generation, and calibration record maintenance.

Industry Experience : Exposure to rubber or tire industries is a plus.
