We are now inviting graduates (only) to join us as Founder’s Office Interns (in-office). This internship is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Executive Chairman & Leadership Team, gaining first-hand exposure to high-level strategy, product innovation, partnerships, and business operations. You’ll be part of the inner circle where decisions are shaped, products are built, and growth opportunities are explored.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Work with the Leadership team on new intrapreneurial opportunities. Your primary goal is to help the Executive Chairman, and thus, the organization be more effective. In doing so, you will play a number of roles “as an air traffic controller for the leader and the senior team;
• as an integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed;

as a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization. This includes but is not limited to preparing and reviewing material for internal and external priorities, maintaining operational rhythms, moving agendas forward and anticipating and working through risks, as well as drafting well-articulated communications, often under significant time pressure. This is a demanding role.

Graduate or Masters degree in any stream

Prior internship experience in general management, project management, research, or strategy will be considered an added advantage.
