Job Role : SAP BASIS L3
Experience : 6 to 10 Years
Location : Bangalore &Hyderabad
JD for Basis L3 – Service Request Management
- Expert knowledge of ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 : Installation, upgrade (release and version) and troubleshooting
- Expert knowledge of client copies and system copies – both performing the task and troubleshooting issues
- Expert knowledge of SAP Web dispatcher, Cloud connector, BOBJ / DS – installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of S4HANA – conversion, migration, upgrade - troubleshooting issues
- Working knowledge of SSL / SSO setup - certificate installation and renewal - troubleshooting issues
- Working / intermediate knowledge of HA and DR setup and testing
- Working knowledge of HANA and Sybase ASE Database administration. Installation and upgrade of DB and client
- Basic knowledge of products like SAP Convergent charging, Convergent mediation, OpenText, HANA XSA etc., - troubleshooting issues
- Basic knowledge of OS administration – Linux and Windows
- Experience in cloud operations – private and public clouds
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to handle customer calls and independently coordinate between various support teams
