Job Description :

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects and leading a team of skilled developers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions, leveraging JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, and AI frameworks. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of projects, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, setting expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Demonstrate a strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and Node.js, taking a hands-on approach to coding and assisting team members with complex technical challenges.

Utilize your expertise in AI frameworks to guide the integration of AI technologies into our products, exploring new possibilities and enhancing existing capabilities.

Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Create comprehensive technical documentation, detailing architectural designs, implementation details, and user guides, to facilitate seamless collaboration among team members.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging tools and methodologies to enhance product performance.

Communicate effectively with non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise language, both verbally and in written form.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (10+ years) in leading and managing software development teams, with a track record of successful project deliveries.

Strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side development using Node.js.

Experience working with AI frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or other deep learning libraries) and applying AI technologies to real-world applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough code reviews and maintaining high coding standards.

Prior experience in writing technical documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
