ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct physiotherapy & aquatherapy assessments and treatments
• Manage a designated caseload as an autonomous practitioner
• Treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological & complex conditions
• Apply evidence-based practice to plan, implement & review treatments
• Monitor progress and modify rehabilitation plans for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records as per professional standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary assessment, treatment & discharge planning
• Educate patients, caregivers & relatives effectively
• Deliver care considering cultural, social, cognitive & physical needs
• Contribute to service development, research & aquatherapy documentation
• Assist in training therapy assistants and students
• Work independently with senior therapist support available.

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

• Clear and empathetic communication with patients & caregivers
• Professional coordination with healthcare teams
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases confidently.
