Job Title : IT Human Resource Executive
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage and support HR functions. This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement within a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Staffing :Source, screen, and recruit IT & Non IT professionals across various technologies.Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and final hiring decisions.Onboarding & Induction :Facilitate smooth onboarding for new IT & Non IT hires.Ensure proper documentation and system access setup.Employee Relations :Act as a point of contact for IT employees regarding HR policies.Resolve employee grievances in coordination with department heads.Performance Management :Coordinate periodic performance appraisals and feedback sessions.Assist in identifying training needs and skill development programs.HR Operations :
Engagement & Retention :
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored for IT teams.Support retention strategies for key technical talent.Key Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.0-1 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector.Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and recruitment processes.Familiarity with HR tools (HRIS, ATS) and MS Office.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
