Job Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals across a range of IT skill sets. Responsibilities :

► Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

► Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

► Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies.

► Manage end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and handling offer negotiations.

► Maintain and update candidate records in ATS tools and recruitment trackers.

► Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

► Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements :

► 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).

► Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies across domains.

► Experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.

► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

► Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

► Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

► Immediate joiners preferred.
