Key Responsibilities
- Operate computer systems and ensure continuous, efficient performance
- Monitor system activities and identify potential errors or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as organizing and cleaning computer equipment
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Install and configure software and hardware components as needed
- Perform data backup and restoration processes to prevent data loss
- Maintain logs of system performance and issues encountered
- Coordinate with IT staff for complex technical problems
- Ensure security protocols are followed when operating systems or handling sensitive data
