Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai, for a Diploma Trainee. The Diploma Trainee will be responsible for supporting daily packaging operations, assisting with sustainable packaging solutions, collaborating with different teams to optimize processes, and ensuring compliance with all certifications and guidelines. The role involves hands-on experience, learning and developing key skills in packaging engineering, and contributing to the company's sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in packaging engineering, automotive packaging, and CKD operations
• Ability to assist in export packaging solutions, returnable packaging, and UN-certified EV battery packaging
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
• Commitment to sustainability and reducing carbon footprints
• Relevant diploma in mechanical and packaging engineering or related field
• Previous internship or practical experience in packaging engineering is a plus
