Senior Role - US Taxation (1120 / 1065 / 1041) Kochi Responsibilities :

• Participate in client engagements by providing corporate, partnership and individual tax services; devise, plan and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues.
• Prepare and / or review returns for corporate, partnership, or individuals, including federal, foreign, state and local tax return, estimated payments and extensions.
• Support Tax Staff in delivering including coaching and reviewing their work.
• Review extensions and quarterly estimates Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute towards implementing Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce or Finance or similar required.
• (CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred.
• If not a CPA (US) or CA (ICAI), must meet educational requirements to obtain the same upon hire).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in US Taxation.
• Proficient in corporate 1120, partnership 1065.
• Min 3 years experience in preparation and 1 year in reviewing the Tax form is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience managing multiple client engagements.
• Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development.
• Should be willing to learn other tax form per business requirement.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Ability to travel.
