Job Description : Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement and vendor management related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of best practices in vendor selection, performance management, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build, lead and motivate teams, driving performance and achieving results.
- Experience working with captives, external vendors, and sourcing is required.
- Expert skills with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and MS Teams) are required.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of priority setting, problem solving, negotiation, and conflict management are required.
- Ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders and cross functional groups to mitigate risk, remediate issues and drive accountability.
