Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated BIM Trainee to join our Architecture team and gain hands-on experience working on live projects . This role is ideal for recent B.Arch graduates who are eager to develop expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit software . The selected candidate will work closely with experienced architects and BIM professionals, contributing to real-world projects and enhancing their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit for live projects
Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and best practices
Support the team in clash detection, model coordination, and design validation
Participate in internal discussions and training sessions to improve BIM proficiency
Adapt to evolving project needs and demonstrate a willingness to learn

Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of architectural design principles and detailing

Familiarity with Autodesk Revit (prior training or coursework preferred)

Knowledge of BIM concepts, workflows, and documentation standards

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

A proactive mindset with a keen interest in learning and applying new technologies
