As an Implementation Engineer at Storefox, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and delivering excellence across our growing portfolio of retail clients. Y ou will be responsible for installing and configuring our software solutions at client stores. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installations, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide suggestions for process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working hands-on with technology and has a knack for problem-solving.

What you’ll be expected to do

  • Lead with Impact : Take full responsibility of in-store deployments. Install and configure Storefox software at client stores using remote tools like AnyDesk , or UltraViewer . Create and manage configuration as part of the installation process.
  • Drive Operational Excellence : Troubleshoot device connectivity to systems and execute necessary PowerShell commands according to our SOP. Provide technical support during installations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Strategize for Success : Collaborate with the team to improve installation procedures and share feedback for process enhancement. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Act as an Owner : Manage operations as if they were your own business, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.

    • Requirements

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience : 1–2 years of experience in software installation, IT support, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with remote access tools such as AnyDesk ,or UltraViewer .
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating System, PowerShell commands and networking understanding.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Eagerness to learn and improve processes.
