Responsible for handling advanced IP troubleshooting and network support in a large-scale NOC environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
- Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3 / L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS.
- Audit the network for repeat issues and ensure corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for resolution of major incidents.
- Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and RCA analysis.
- Support automation / digitization initiatives for efficient service management.
Required Skills :
Strong IP expertise with advanced NOC troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Transport, Mobility, ISP networks.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
