Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with campaign setup, keyword management, ad copy creation, bid optimization, and performance analysis. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver strong ROI through paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for targeting.
• Write and test compelling ad copies to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, Quality Score, and ROI.
• Track conversions and ensure accurate pixel / analytics tracking.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
