Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service through clear and professional communication. The role also involves troubleshooting and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Communication
• Capability to conduct Troubleshooting and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in the food and service industry is a plus
• Multilingual capabilities are preferred but not mandatory - English and Hindi are mandatory. Punjabi is optional.
