Job descriptionProvide detailed cost estimates for various treatment plans and procedures. Offer financial planning advice to help patients manage the costs of treatment effectively. Set up payment plans and ensure patients understand the terms and conditions. Monitor and follow up on patient accounts to ensure timely payments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all patients. Prepare financial reports and documentation as required. Educate patients about available financial assistance programs and resources. Provide ongoing support and answer any financial-related questions patients may have. Work closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Communicate any financial concerns that may impact patient treatment plans. Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Adhere to the IVF centre’s financial policies and procedures. Stay informed about changes in healthcare financing, insurance policies, and IVF treatment costs. Suggest improvements to financial processes and patient support strategies. Participate in relevant training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
