Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in project management methodologies, enterprise system implementations, and ERP lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will own the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ERP programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, technical standards, and compliance requirements.

This role demands an individual who can combine technical leadership, domain expertise, and stakeholder management to deliver ERP projects within strict timelines and budgets while maintaining quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities : Planning & Governance :

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop detailed project charters, schedules, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), RACI matrix, and budget frameworks.
• Establish governance models for ERP rollouts including steering committee updates, escalation paths, and risk / issue registers.
• Ensure ERP implementations comply with industry standards (ISO, ITIL, SOX, GDPR where applicable).
