We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 5-7 years of professional experience specializing in Node.js to join our dynamic team.

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that power our products. Working closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams, you will help deliver high-quality features while ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to plan and deliver features effectively.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle increasing user demand.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployment processes.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster technical growth within the team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; proactively propose improvements to architecture and development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experiences.
