Design Engineer – Bridges (Steel Structures)

Job Location - Gurugram or Mumbai

As the Design Engineer Bridges (Steel Structures) you will play a pivotal role in advancing our transportation infrastructure projects. As a key member of our engineering team you will contribute to the delivery of projects.

As a design engineer your key responsibilities will be :

• To perform design and analysis of steel and composite bridge structures using advanced FEM software such as SOFiSTiK and LUSAS.
• Apply national / international bridge design standards and codes with emphasis on IRC Eurocode compliance.
• To prepare calculation reports technical specifications and quantity take-offs and provide input for design drawings during all phases of projects.
• To coordinate with team members and ensure delivery of projects within specified timeframe.
• To develop steel detailing drawings and fabrication specifications in accordance with project requirements.
• To perform QA checks on the designs and drawings produced to ensure quality delivery.
• To communicate design solutions clearly to clients contractors and other stakeholders.
