Technical Lead (Kafka)

Experience : 7+ Yrs

Responsibilities :

Development and Maintenance of a large scale KAFKA based real time Digital platform

Performing RCA and driving short term and long term fixing

Working with Customer Technology Architects to implement long term solutions for critical issues

Provide technical leadership to engineer teams

Core Skills :

Strong experience in design and development of a large scale real time KAFKA based digital platform

Proficiency in distributed systems, messaging paradigms, and real-time data streaming

Experience in designing and deploying Kafka on-premises or in cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Proficiency in Java or Python

Hands-on experience with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and REST Proxy.

Familiarity with CI / CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
