Medical Licensing Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Medical Licensing Professional to work full-time in EST hours (9am-6pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining and completing initial provider applications for US state medical licenses.

• The successful candidate will research and compile the appropriate application from the US State Medical Board based on the provider's need.
• They will work alongside the provider to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
• Maintenance of high-level communication with providers throughout the licensure application process is essential.
• Utilization of task management software to stay up-to-date on tasks is required.
• Proficiency in the end-to-end US licensing process for APRN, CRNP, DO, MD, Physician Assistant, IMLC, and Behavioral Health license applications of providers is necessary.
• Applications will be completed fully and with careful attention to accuracy and detail; transmitted to providers for review and approval.
• Online and paper-based application submissions will be handled with accuracy and timeliness.
• Requests and verifications required by the state medical board will be completed.
• Follow-up with the state license board until the application reaches approval by the medical board is crucial.
• Demonstration of reliability, closing loops, and completing requests in a timely manner, including returning all contacts within 24 hours, is expected.
