Job description5+ years of experience with Python Full-Stack Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript. Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks. Build scalable backend services supporting AI workflows and automation. Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources. Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of AI systems in production. Implement guardrails, monitoring, logging, and evaluation for AI outputs. Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions. Lead end-to-end implementation from prototype to production. Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy are best practices. Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering standards. Work with client teams to understand requirements and use cases. Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation. Collaborate with AI Enablement Engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering from Top universities in India Minimum of 8 years’ experience as software engineer in development and / or consulting role Strong programming skills in Python and / or Java and / or JavaScript / TypeScript Experience building production-ready backend systems (REST APIs, microservices) Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.) Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and system design Experience with one or more of the following : LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, similar) Agent-based systems and workflow automation Prompt engineering and evaluation. Vector databases and embeddings. Practical understanding of ML concepts (training is a plus, not mandatory) Experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes Startup or fast-paced product environment experience Experience working directly with enterprise or global clients. Exposure to AI governance, safety, or compliance frameworks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and take ownership.
