Role : Academic Counselor
Responsibilities :
- Manage and convert leads, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through online channels.
- Provide comprehensive information to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Identify potential leads from existing customers to expand the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure goals are met and foster collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any field.Tele-calling experience is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization is essential.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and customer service skills.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
