Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in designing real estate brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals. The ideal candidate will have an eye for aesthetics, typography, and layouts, along with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that attract potential property buyers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design real estate brochures, flyers, catalogues, and project presentations in line with brand guidelines.
• Create digital and print marketing materials including social media posts, banners, ads, and email campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements and develop effective visual communication.
• Edit and enhance property images, layouts, and site maps for brochures and digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency of branding, fonts, colors, and style across all designs.
• Coordinate with printers / vendors for high-quality output of brochures and other print collaterals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the real estate industry.
