Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bids according to company requirements and ensure timely submissions
- Create and manage company profile on Government E-Marketplace (GeM) portal
- Handle complete registration and onboarding process for products and services on GeM
- Maintain and update product / service catalog in the GeM portal
- Coordinate with internal sales team to gather required inputs for tendering
- Submit bids including bunch bid, reverse bid, custom bid, and normal bid as applicable
- Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with the bidding process
- Support pre-bid meetings and represent the organization effectively
- Set up and manage the GeM portal including technical troubleshooting if needed
- Ensure knowledge and compliance of Q3, E1, Q1 product published norms
- Monitor tender opportunities from Central & State Government and PSUs
- Drive sales and explore business development opportunities through the GeM platform
