Technical / Orientation / Refresher Training to Employees , Partners and New Joinees. Both Class room and OJT.Resove lift critical issues and support to clear the shut downsPrepare and Circulate OPI / TIPS / CI based on issues.Support to arrange alternative spares & non-Supriya spares.Analyse the callback, Service done and other parameters and conduct Service performance review meeting with PPT presentation.Conduct lift survey for Non-Supriya Equipments and give clearance for acquisition.Attend customer meeting along with branch people for technical support.Monitor the call back, SD & LSD on daily basisPreparation of Electrical drawing as and when required.Other routines as required by Management time to time.Role : Hardware Installation & Maintenance
