We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join our product team. You will be responsible for building our web applications along with being a team player. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Ads Manager to manage, sell, and optimize advertising inventory across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee ad operations end-to-end from managing the Google Ad Manager (GAM) account to liaising with agencies and direct clients for ad sales, ensuring maximum inventory utilization and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and monitor ad inventory across digital platforms.

Plan and allocate ad slots to optimize fill rates and revenue.

Track and report on available and sold inventory.

Sell inventory slots to brands, agencies, and private advertisers.

Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and direct clients.

Pitch advertising opportunities, negotiate rates, and close deals.

Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns via Google Ad Manager (GAM).

Ensure timely campaign delivery and adherence to targeting and creative specifications.

Troubleshoot ad delivery issues and optimize campaigns for performance.

Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure creatives meet platform standards.

Coordinate with finance for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.

Stay updated on digital advertising trends and industry benchmarks.

Identify new monetization opportunities and suggest innovative ad formats or partnerships.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in ad sales, digital marketing, or media operations.

Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).

Strong understanding of digital ad formats (display, video, native, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance tracking tools.

Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Experience in programmatic ad sales or PMP deals.

Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance insights.

Understanding of brand safety & view-ability.
