Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Azure Data engineer In this role, you will work with healthcare clients to design, deploy, and optimize cloud-based solutions that ensure secure, compliant, and scalable exchange of clinical and patient data using HL7 FHIR standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure Azure Health Data Services for storing, processing, and querying healthcare data.
• Design and deploy secure FHIR API endpoints using Azure FHIR service.
• Integrate EHR / EMR systems and clinical applications with FHIR-based APIs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define data ingestion pipelines, identity management, and role-based access using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and RBAC.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with solution architects, DevOps teams, and clinical stakeholders to build scalable healthcare solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot FHIR data exchange, performance, and audit trails.
• Support data mapping, transformation, and normalization from legacy formats (e.g., HL7 v2, CDA) to FHIR resources.
