Business Development Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned female Business Development Leader to drive strategic growth. If you have a proven track record of selling custom software solutions, web & mobile application services , and staff augmentation offerings to global clients—this is your chance to make an impact at the leadership level.

Work Location : Navalur, Chennai

Work Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling, and solution mapping
• Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline—striking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement.
• Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors
• Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions.
