Your Tasks
- Responsible for the coordination and processing of daily operational major component business incl. accurate and timely ordering, material bookings and defective major components returns
- Considering country-specific requirements and situational adaptation needs
- Managing internal and external interfaces, partners and service providers
- Providing customer services such as inquiries and complaints from our mostly internal customers
- Supporting in the creation of regular KPI and reports
Your Profile
Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or alternatively completed vocational training in the commercial sectorProfessional experience should be 4 - 8 years in the areas of material coordination and operational procurementMotivated and committed personality with a high degree of drive and personal responsibilityWillingness to work in an international teamExcellent communication skills and strong customer orientationSound knowledge of SAP ECC (mainly module MM) and MS Office, additional knowledge of JD Edwards and Teamcenter would be an advantageFluent English; ideally also Spanish and / or German at a good levelWillingness to travel, especially between the company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock and ES-PamplonaSkills Required
