About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, with a flair for design and a willingness to learn the dynamics of paid advertising. You will gain hands-on experience in creating and managing ad campaigns, designing creatives, and understanding performance marketing at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging ad creatives and visuals using Canva or similar tools

Write and develop compelling ad content for campaigns

Support the execution and monitoring of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager

Assist the marketing team with day-to-day campaign management tasks

Contribute fresh ideas for creatives and performance improvement

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of any South Indian language will be a strong plus

Strong creative sense with the ability to design attractive ad materials

Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance campaigns

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
