Salary : ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 monthly

Role Overview

We are hiring our first growth-focused specialist, a senior professional who can build the market intelligence backbone of a scaling SaaS company.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, research, product insights, and growth execution, helping decide :

What we build
Who we build it for
How we launch and scale

This role is highly analytical, fast paced, and directly tied to product direction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

A) Market Research and Opportunity Discovery

Lead end to end research to identify high value opportunities.

You will :

Uncover unmet problems across industries

Track real user frustrations from communities, reviews, and competitor gaps

Spot fragmented workflows and convert them into unified SaaS concepts

Perform demand, competition, and monetization analysis

Study trends, keywords, search intent, and emerging signals

Create opportunity validation reports including market fit, feasibility, and MVP definition

Your insights will directly influence product roadmap decisions.

B) Demand Validation and Product Market Fit

Before any build begins, you will :

Design validation frameworks

Build waitlists, test campaigns, and landing pages

Define personas, pain points, and positioning

Craft unique value propositions for upcoming SaaS tools

C) Growth Strategy and GTM Planning

Once an idea is validated, you will :

Build launch strategies for SaaS products

Create growth loops and scalable acquisition systems

Plan the full funnel (awareness → activation → retention → expansion)

Identify high impact global channels

Recommend pricing and positioning against competitors

D) Performance Execution

This role blends strategy and hands on execution.

You will :

Run experiments and early acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, landing funnels)

Identify high intent traffic sources

Track user journeys, measure retention, and remove bottlenecks

Rapidly test, validate, and scale what works

E) Reporting and Strategic Contribution

Produce clear, decision ready insight reports

Create reusable research and validation playbooks

Present findings directly to leadership

Influence product direction, go to market strategy, and long term growth paths

Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you :

Can spot market opportunities before they become trends

Have deep SaaS market, growth, and research experience

Understand user psychology, segmentation, positioning, and competitive dynamics

Are fluent with tools : Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Trends, Reddit, Analytics and Search Console

Turn research into real traction, not just reports

Prefer data, insight, and truth over assumptions

Are independent, curious, analytical, and execution driven

Professional experience with research, SEO, and paid ads

Proven experience working in international markets

Ability to run Google Ads, SEO strategies, funnels, and acquisition campaigns at a senior level

Strong research background including competitive analysis, keyword intelligence, segmentation, and demand discovery

Must have a portfolio or documented work showcasing research, SEO outcomes, paid campaigns, or validation projects

Capable of guiding an early stage startup with senior level marketing and growth expertise

Success Indicators (First 0 to 1 Month)

3 to 5 validated SaaS opportunities with clear research backing

One product direction finalized

Verified early user interest or waitlist traction

A complete GTM plan ready for launch

A repeatable intelligence and validation system established
