Education Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams helping to identify business needs analyze processes and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency reduce costs and drive strategic outcomes.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Work closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement using data analysis and modeling.

Facilitate meetings workshops and presentations to understand project goals and communicate findings.

Collaborate with product owners developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Create detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs) process flows and wireframes.

Support project planning testing and implementation activities.

Track and report on project progress issues and risks.

Assist in change management and user training initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

3 years of experience in managing non-production environments.

Strong knowledge of CI / CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).

Scripting skills (e.g. Bash PowerShell Python).

Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
