Responsibilities :

  • Data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems
  • Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Requirements :

  • 3+ years in Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning)
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field from a reputable institution
