Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer with experience in ERP systems and business analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for testing ERP solutions to ensure they meet high standards of quality, functionality, and user experience. You will also collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and contribute to refining processes. Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for ERP systems.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP modules.

Collaborate with Team and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring that test scenarios align with business needs.

Analyze and report defects, providing detailed documentation to support troubleshooting.

Assist in the automation of test scripts to improve testing efficiency.

Support ERP system upgrades, patches, and implementations by validating features and ensuring seamless functionality.

Participate in requirements reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

Collaborate with developers to understand system changes and validate their impact on business processes.

Document testing progress and results, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Involve in scrum plannings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ERP systems.

Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a role involving requirements gathering and documentation.

Understanding of QA methodologies, test processes, and testing tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
